Why we ship this way?

Due to the laws and regulations surrounding the shipment of alcohol across state lines, we must leverage local third party carriers who can deliver shipments directly to you. Tracking is provided once an order has been fulfilled.

Tracking updates will occur when shipped, and once the local carrier receives the package. Updates will then occur regularly after scanning with the carrier that will complete delivery.

Shipping is estimated at 2-10 business days from your shipment date. Transit times will vary based on how far the order is traveling.


PLEASE NOTE: ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY (21+). PO Boxes, Military Bases, Postal/Shipping locations such as FedEx/UPS/Walgreens etc. are not valid for shipments.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETURN POLICY

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return a defective or damaged item, send us an email at orders@vosaspirits.com. Once your return or damaged or defective goods is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept exchanges.


All sales are final
 - no returns or exchanges. Cancellation requests must be made to orders@vosaspirits.com within 24 hours of purchase. Carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver the product with an adult signature. Number of carrier attempts may vary.

We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us after multiple attempts or due to address issues.  We are charged $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after maximum attempts had been made, and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer refunds on account of this unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges.

We will offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged during shipping or below satisfaction. Issues need to be reported within 30 days of delivery/shipment.
